60-day field-tested returns

Use it for 60 days. If it does not earn its place in your pack, send it back for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee.

What qualifies

Any item purchased from ridgeandmarsh.com, returned within 60 days of delivery.
Normal field use is fine. Items damaged beyond normal use, altered, or missing major components may be refused or refunded partially.
Final-sale items, if any, are marked as such on the product page.

How to start a return

Email hello@ridgeandmarsh.co with your order number and the item you are returning.
We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label for U.S. addresses.
Pack the item securely and drop it off. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving; your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges
For a different size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original. That gets the replacement to you fastest.

Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, no return required in most cases.

2-year warranty
Every product we sell is covered for two years against defects in materials and workmanship. Email a photo and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund.

Shipping policy

Rates

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Where we ship
United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Some items ship directly from our supplier partners, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email hello@ridgeandmarsh.co and we will chase it down.

Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund it.

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ridgeandmarsh.com (the Site), operated by Ridge and Marsh, Rockwall, Texas. By placing an order or using the Site you agree to them.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or stock problems; if we do, you will be refunded in full.

Products
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Specifications may change as suppliers update products; material changes will be reflected on the product page.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, our 60-day return policy and our 2-year warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Hunting regulations and safe use
You are responsible for knowing and following the hunting, firearms and wildlife regulations that apply where you hunt, and for using every product safely and as intended. Ridge and Marsh is not liable for misuse of any product.

Intellectual property
The Ridge and Marsh name, logo, photography and site content are owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridge and Marsh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rockwall County, Texas.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies.
