How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Items stocked in our U.S. warehouse, including the rangefinder, camo pack, ground blind and binoculars, usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We ship to all 50 states.

What is your return policy?

60 days, no questions. Unused items in original packaging get a full refund. Send us your order number through the contact form and we will send return instructions.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Two years on everything, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Will the calls hold tune in the cold?

Yes. Our duck and goose calls use cork wedges and Mylar reeds, which do not swell or freeze the way rubber and wood reeds can.

How do I size the retriever vest?

Go by weight first: M for 50 to 65 lb, L for 65 to 85 lb, XL for 85 to 105 lb. If your dog is deep-chested and between sizes, size up.
